Welcome to Volume 9 of the International Journal of Stress Prevention and Wellbeing. This publication is an online international peer reviewed journal. We encourage academic contributions from researchers, stress management and wellbeing professionals. We publish theory, research and practice articles on all aspects of stress prevention and wellbeing. We invite contributions to the journal on the following: original research; research protocols; review articles; brief reports; techniques, interventions and strategies; case studies; book reviews; keynote papers; conference, congress and symposium reports.

For submission information visit the webpage: https://www.stressprevention.net/review-process. However, here you will see that we have introduced some policy changes from 2025 onwards as follows:

• We will only be taking forward position or opinion papers via invitation from the Editorial Board.
• AI-assisted technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots and image creators will not be accepted as co-authors of papers. In addition to the usual plagiarism     checks, the publisher will now check submissions for AI content.
• Submissions may now be subject to rejection by the Editor(s), a process referred to as a desk rejection. In such instances, specific reasons for the rejection will not be provided.
