Biography

Prof Stephen Palmer PhD is Director of the Centre for Stress Management, Professor of Practice at the Wales Academy for Professional Practice and Applied Research, University of Wales Trinity Saint David, and Adjunct Professor of Coaching Psychology, Aalborg University, Denmark. He is also Honorary President of the International Society for Coaching Psychology. He has written and edited over 50 books including the Handbook of Coaching Psychology (with Whybrow), Psychological Resilience and Wellbeing Volumes 1, 2 and 3 (with Gyllensten) and Introduction to Coaching Psychology (with O’Riordan). He has published over 225 articles.
