Biographies

Prof Stephen Palmer is Professor of Practice at the Wales Academy for Professional Practice and Applied Research, University of Wales Trinity Saint David and Coordinating Director of the ISCP International Centre for Coaching Psychology Research. He is the Honorary President and a Fellow of the International Stress Management Association UK. He is Founder Director of the Centre for Stress Management, London. His previous posts have included Adjunct Professor of Coaching Psychology at Aalborg University, Denmark, and Visiting Professor of Work Based Learning and Stress Management at Middlesex University. He is a Chartered Psychologist, Chartered Biologist and Chartered Scientist. He has written/edited over 50 books and has published over 250 articles and chapters.

Dr Siobhain O’Riordan PhD is a chartered psychologist and chartered scientist. She is a Fellow and Chair of the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP) and trainer and course co-director on the stress management and coaching programmes at the Centre for Stress Management and Centre for Coaching, London. She is also an Honorary Research Fellow at the Wales Academy for Professional Practice and Applied Research, University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Her forthcoming book: Introduction to Coaching Psychology (with Palmer) will be published by Routledge.
